The high-sensitivity in-situ liquid particle counter (HSLIS-M50E) provides continuous, real-time monitoring of contamination levels in a deionized solution. The HSLIS particle counter makes it easy to systematically understand the characteristics of your working fluid. The combination of high sensitivity and low cost makes it ideal when large numbers of detectors and/or long-term trending are required. Integrating the HSLIS particle counter into FacilityNet software is a cost-effective way to monitor multiple flow systems and provide dedicated local display and control capabilities.
