Mark Fleiner is a senior business leader who brings a wealth of global strategic and commercial experience gained across a number of different industrial and engineering sectors. Mark is currently the President of Malvern Panalytical. Previously, as Business Group Director of the Industrial Solutions Division of Spectris plc, Mr. Fleiner was responsible for supporting seven operating companies to plan and executing strategies to deliver financial and operational distinction.

Ms. Allen has worked in a variety of Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis roles in her more than 10 years at Particle Measuring Systems, including Senior Accountant, Senior Business Partner, Manager and Director of FP&A. She holds a BBA in Accounting as well as a BBA in Finance, holds active CPA licenses in multiple states, and prior to her tenure at PMS, she was an auditor for Pricewaterhouse Coopers. In her current position, she enjoys developing business intelligence for corporate key decision making, cross-functional collaboration and problem solving.

Outside of work, Ms. Allen enjoys Friday night movie nights with her family, trail cycling, and extended-family summer pool parties.

Knollenberg a occupé des postes de direction marketing et commerciale dans l'industrie des équipements de traitement sous vide à fines couches. M. Knollenberg est activement impliqué dans plusieurs organisations à but non lucratif. Avant sa carrière professionnelle, il a servi dans l'armée américaine. Lorsqu'il n'est pas au travail, il passe du temps dans les montagnes à faire de la randonnée, de la pêche et à passer du temps avec sa famille.

Mr. Verma has worked for over 20 years at various levels of Engineering and Manufacturing Operations in the Electronics Manufacturing industry. He is experienced in implementing manufacturing strategies and key performance indices to drive business goals. Most recently, Mr. Verma held the position of General Manager of Operations at Fabrinet where he managed global accounts and especially enjoyed leading strategic projects in cross-functional teams. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Technology. In his free time, Mr. Verma enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, sudoku, and watching documentaries.

Ms. Nasta joined Particle Measuring Systems in January 2019 as Vice President of Human Resources. Her background in strategic planning, cultural transformation, compensation programs, benefits and rewards, and organizational development spans multiple business sectors, settings, and industries including leadership experience at Wells Fargo, Shell Oil, Noodles & Company, and Rocky Mountain Institute. Ms. Nasta holds Bachelor’s degrees in English and Business and an MBA from the University of South Dakota. Outside of work, Ms. Nasta enjoys staying active with her three kids and dog, trail running, and traveling.

Mr. Wiedmann brings with him a wealth of commercial and general management experience in global sales and business leadership roles across multiple industries. Most recently, he was with Danaher Group where he was Senior Sales Director DACH at Leica Microsystems. Prior to that, he held international sales and general management roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific and worked at Siemens, where he was responsible for business development and in-house consulting. Mr. Wiedmann earned his Executive MBA at WISO University, Nuremberg, and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering at FAU, Erlangen. In his free time, he enjoys football (both European and American versions), skiing, swimming, and travel.

Mr. Hei started his career in Particle Measuring Systems as China General Manager and gradually extended managerial scope to entire Asia region. William ever experienced multiple functions is his career, including product marketing, solution sales, segment BU head, GM & board member of listed company. William is experienced in managing hybrid sales and service organization for key account management and solution business development. William is a certified trainer of KornFerry / Miller Heiman sales courses for Spectris Group. During his free-time, William enjoys reading, gym, travelling and spending time with his family.

M. Kibe débuté sa carrière chez Particle Measuring Systems en Avril 2017 et est responsable des fonctions juridiques, d'éthique et de conformité mondiales de l'entreprise. M. Kibe est titulaire d'un baccalauréat sciences en Ingenieur de l'environnement de l'Académie militaire des États-Unis et a son doctorat en droit de la faculté de droit de l'Université du Colorado. M. Kibe a servi dans l'armée des États-Unis et a travaillé dans les ventes avant d'entrer en école de droit. Il a pratiqué le droit au cours des 16 dernières années, dont 3 ans dans un cabinet d'avocats à Denver et les 10 ans avant de joindre Particle Measuring Systems pour soutenir deux sociétés faisant partie du « Fortune 250 » en tant qu'avocat interne. Lorsqu'il n'est pas au travail, il aime passer du temps avec sa famille et passer du temps en plein air.

Mr. Panofen has an established foundation as a well-recognized and successful Leader in the Life Science industry, driving the sterility assurance business. He has wide-ranging experience in the field of applied pharmaceutical microbiology and has been an invited speaker at international conferences including ECA and PDA, with a strong regulatory background in pharmaceuticals. In his career he successfully covered positions in Sales, Application Support, Regional & Product Marketing. In his private life he loves to spend time in nature skiing, hiking and biking while additionally he supports his handball club as referee and member of the board.

Mr. Davis has been with Particle Measuring Systems for over 7 years. Before taking on his current role, he served as Director of Service and Global Applications Engineering Manager for the Electronics Division at PMS. John has held product management and R&D positions in the thin film vacuum equipment industry at Veeco Instruments and Applied Materials. Outside of work he enjoys skiing and hiking.
